“I’ve never felt like there’s just one way to be beautiful, you know, tall or short, straight hair or curly or whatever, some people have definitions of their ‘types’. You know, for me I think that when I meet someone and there’s that magical thing about them that makes them unforgettable, it’s that they’re sincere and honest in whoever they are. Be that funny, happy, going through a rough time, sarcastic, I think these personality traits that come through when somebody is really sincere is what makes them beautiful.”
“I love conversations with kids in the meet and greet lines — little people with little voices! I love babies. Someday I would love to be a parent, but I want that time to come when I’ve experienced so much of the world. My life will be devoted to making that child’s life as wonderful, beautiful, magical and perfect as it can possibly be. I want to wait until there is no ounce of me left that has anything self-centered to experience.”
she’s going to make an amazing mother.
↳ The idea that Taylor Swift is teaching her preteen fans to focus their lives only on chasing boys is completely false. She is actually a fantastic example of a strong, professionally-independent woman: she writes all her own songs, she’s smart, she’s creative, and she is completely unashamed to be who she is. We need to remember that being girly or wanting to find romantic love does not make a young woman weak or somehow inferior.
